All orders process and ship Monday - Friday, excluding weekends and holidays. If the order is placed after the daily cut-off time, it will be processed the following business day. Standard U.S shipping carrier rates apply. Once shipped, ground delivery typically takes five to eight business days.

International shipping rates and shipping timelines may vary by package weight and destination. All duties and taxes (including value added taxes) will be the responsibility of the recipient. We cannot confirm the exact amount of any duties or taxes in advance. Once shipped, international orders typically take between 6-12 business days to deliver.

Please note, business days do not include weekends or holidays.

Orders typically take 1-3 business days to process before shipping out. Once your order is shipped, you will receive an email notification with the tracking number. U.S. ground shipping typically takes 5-8 business days to deliver. International shipping typically takes between 6-12 business days to deliver.

Order status and tracking updates will be sent via email notifications. If you have any order status questions, contact us at customerservice@nailtopia.com with your order number.

In the unlikely event that you have received an item that is damaged or incorrect, please notify us immediately at customerservice@nailtopia.com within 14 days of receiving the order. We will work with you to arrange a return, replacement, refund or credit. Order issues reported outside this timeframe may not be eligible to be reviewed.

We are not able to modify or cancel an order once it has been placed. However, if you decide you’d like to return the product after receiving it, you may. See our return policy for more details.

Return orders must be returned within 30 days of the order date, in unused/unopened condition, to be eligible for a refund. Customers are responsible for return shipping and any initial shipping fees are non-refundable. To initiate an eligible return request, please contact us at customerservice@nailtopia.com for return instructions.

We accept standard credit cards such as Visa, Discover, Mastercard, and American Express.

It is the responsibility of the customer to provide an accurate address when entering their shipping information at checkout. No refunds or replacements will be issued for orders confirmed to have been delivered to the address provided at checkout. We strongly recommend double-checking your shipping address during checkout as well as checking the address on your order confirmation email for accuracy. For any questions regarding your order after it has already shipped, please contact the shipping carrier directly with your tracking number ready.

No, any issues with products purchased from retail locations must be addressed directly with the retailer where the purchase originated. Only the retailer has a record of that purchase in their system, as our Customer Service team only has access to assist with orders made directly on our website.

After filing and smoothing out the nails, apply a layer of one of our nourishing, protective base coats. Then, carefully apply two coats to each finger of the nail lacquer color of your choice. Lastly, finish off the manicure with one of our top coats to ensure the color is locked in and the manicure is long-lasting.

Once you’ve given yourself manicure or pedicure, allow 15 minutes of dry time for the best results.

Each bottle lasts two years once it’s been opened.

Your polishes will stay at peak freshness when you store them in a cool, shaded place or refrigerator.

We offer durable and nourishing top and base coats as well as superfood-enriched cuticle and nail treatments; these are made with oranges, raspberries, blueberries, and spinach and can be mixed and matched to meet your nail health needs. We also have an avocado-oil enriched polish remover, so you can have the full nail salon experience at home!

Yes! Aside from being 100% vegan and Leaping-Bunny and PETAapproved, we also use bio-sourced ingredients and clean manufacturing methods to ensure we’re reducing our environmental footprint.

Nope! We make an effort to ensure our products are completely non-toxic and all-free because we care about what goes into our formulas and what goes onto our customers’ nails.

Our eco-friendly formulas are further set apart from other brands by being chip-free and long-wearing. Our products are also 85% bio-sourced, whereas other nail brands are typically only 10% bio-sourced.

We recommend applying the nail treatment at least twice a week. Remove the treatment between applications. The more you use it the quicker the results. You should see improved nails after 2 weeks. You can use polish over the nail treatment. Allow the treatments to fully dry before you add any layer of polish.

Yes, you can use the polish over the treatments, however we still recommend using our base coat for maximum wear.

We recommend using the cuticle treatments daily for best results. You should see improved, nourished and hydrated cuticles after 2 weeks.

We recommend that you avoid putting sunscreen on top of the polish.

No, not at this time.

Yes they can. As long as they are cleaned properly.

No, our product does not contain soy ingredients.

Yes, All our nail lacquers may contain the ingredient Acrylates Copolymer. If you are allergic to acrylates we recommend that you do not use our products and always consult your doctor.

The nail treatments can be removed with nail polish remover

Nailtopia products are not gluten-free. We recommend checking product ingredient labels to determine if your desired product contains any gluten ingredients.

Typically nail polishes do not come sealed and some products like our kits for example may come in boxes at times.

We suggest consulting your doctor to determine if the products are right for you.

All Nailtopia products are formulated in the USA.

Yes. Our top and base coats can be used with other nail polish brands. However, we suggest using Nailtopia for best results.

Nailtopia plant-based ingredients are Non-GMO.

The AHA are “BIOMIMETIC FRUIT ACTIVES”.

No. The oils are not fit for human ingestion so we do not recommend applying them to the lips.

The scrub should dissolve. We recommend washing any excess off if it’s uncomfortable but it doesn’t necessarily need to be washed off. The oils from the scrub will help the cuticles.

Our base is not halal due to some raw materials.

The product should dry completely but if it’s a little sticky, that’s normal for some nail types.

Yes. The treatments have a 36 month shelf life after opening.
